Description:-

Give your BMW 335d F30/F31 the distinctive twin-exit exhaust appearance of the 335i with our stainless steel rear silencer delete conversion kit.

The kit features our specially designed cast stainless steel T-piece, together with mandrel-bent stainless steel pipework for a neat, high-quality finish.

Unlike conventional welded T-pieces, the one-piece cast construction eliminates weld joints in the main body that can crack through repeated heating and cooling.

Furthermore, its smooth internal design helps maintain unrestricted exhaust flow.

Together with our mandrel-bent stainless steel pipework, the cast T-piece provides a strong, durable exhaust conversion designed for long-term reliability.

The conversion also works with the existing exhaust system, replacing the factory rear silencer and changing the original exhaust layout to a twin-exit design.

Diesel Sound Information :-

It is important to note that when this silencer delete is installed as a standalone modification, the change in sound may be minimal.

A significant increase in exhaust sound should therefore only be expected where the DPF has already been removed or where other exhaust modifications substantially reduce the sound restriction within the system.

Please note that we cannot guarantee correct fitment with aftermarket rear valances.

Fitting Instructions:

To install the BMW 335d F30/F31 rear silencer delete pipes, follow these straightforward steps for a seamless upgrade.

• Remove Standard Rear Silencer. Begin by carefully detaching the existing rear silencer from your vehicle’s exhaust system.
• Prepare the Exhaust. Using the provided photos as a reference. Measure and cut the exhaust pipe approximately 7 inches away from the silencer to ensure a proper fit for the delete pipes.
• Install Delete Pipe. Once the factory exhaust has been cut, take the rear silencer delete pipe and clamp it securely into position.
•  Recommended Tools. For a clean and precise cut, we strongly recommend using a power saw. This tool will provide you with easier access and greater accuracy compared to manual cutting methods.
• DIY or Professional Help. This kit is designed for easy do-it-yourself installation, making it accessible for most car enthusiasts. However, if you have any uncertainties or lack the necessary tools, we highly advise seeking the assistance of a professional mechanic to ensure the installation is completed safely and effectively.
• Use Exhaust Assembly Paste. When fitting the delete pipes, it’s essential to use exhaust assembly paste to create a secure seal. Please note that this paste is not supplied with the product, so be sure to have it on hand before you begin your installation.
