When will my order be shipped ?

We can make and dispatch most parts within 24 – 48 hours from receiving the order ( except weekends and bank holidays )

Will i have to pay import duties and taxes?

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you will have import duties and taxes to pay in most cases.

Customers outside the UK do not pay vat when purchasing from our website.

All countries are different and change the rules frequently.

To check the import duties and taxes that may be payable for your country, please check your governments website for the charges that are applicable to your country..

Can you ship to my country ?

We can ship to most countries.

The easiest way to check availability to your country is to add the part to the cart and then proceed to checkout and add your address.

This should then show you the shipping options and prices available.

When i enter my address it says there are no shipping options.

Please check that you have entered all your contact and address details correctly.

In most cases it is very simple mistakes that causes shipping errors at checkout.

If the shipping quote still does not work, please contact us with your full address and we can check shipping availability for you.

Do you have the part in stock ?

Most of our parts are made to order and are not kept on the shelf.

The only exception to this is Downpipes and Tailpipes.

In most cases we can get parts made and dispatched within 24 – 48 hours from receiving the order * ( Except weekends and Bank holidays )

We download the orders from the website at 7.30am each workday, which is what we class as receiving the order.

Will the EML light come on with this part fitted.

If you are fitting one of our rear silencer deletes or resonator deletes, the EML light will not come on and no fault codes will show.

If you are fitting a decat pipe or dpf delete, you will get and EML light.

Will my car pass the MOT with a resonator delete or rear silencer delete ?

If you are fitting one of our rear silencer deletes or resonator deletes, you will not have a problem with the MOT.

We do not recommend fitting resonator deletes and rear silencer deletes together on petrol models as this may lead to MOT issues due to excessive noise.
