Our Seat Leon Cupra 300 resonator delete pipe is a straightforward exhaust upgrade for owners looking for a sportier sound from their factory exhaust system.

Removing the centre silencer allows more of the engine’s exhaust note to come through. This gives the Cupra 300 a more pronounced sound, particularly under acceleration, without the expense of replacing the complete exhaust.

The delete pipe replaces the original centre silencer and connects to the existing exhaust system. This allows you to retain the factory rear silencer and tailpipes.

 

Important Fitment Information

SEAT changed the exhaust system on the Cupra 300 in early 2018. As a result, this resonator delete pipe only fits the specified 2018–2020 models with a 65mm front pipe.

Fitting Instructions:

To install the Seat Leon Cupra 300 resonator delete pipe, follow these straightforward steps for a seamless upgrade.

• Remove Standard Resonator. Begin by carefully detaching the existing resonator from your vehicle’s exhaust system.
• Prepare the Exhaust. Using the provided photos as a reference. Measure and cut the exhaust pipe approximately 3 inches away from the weld to ensure a proper fit for the delete pipe.
• Install Delete Pipe. Once the factory exhaust has been cut, take the resonator delete pipe and clamp it securely into position.
• Recommended Tools. For a clean and precise cut, we strongly recommend using a power saw. This tool will provide you with easier access and greater accuracy compared to manual cutting methods.
• Use Exhaust Assembly Paste. When fitting the delete pipe, it’s essential to use exhaust assembly paste to create a secure seal. Please note that this paste is not supplied with the product, so be sure to have it on hand before you begin your installation.
• DIY or Professional Help. This kit is designed for easy do-it-yourself installation, making it accessible for most car enthusiasts. However, if you have any uncertainties or lack the necessary tools, we highly advise seeking the assistance of a professional mechanic to ensure the installation is completed safely and effectively.
