This is our 101mm V Band Flange and Clamp assembly.

Ideal for use in manufacturing custom exhausts or repairing damaged exhaust systems.

• 101mm Bore (4.00″).
• Male / Female design.
• 304 Grade Stainless Steel.
• CNC Machined for accuracy.

Our V Band flange assemblies feature a male / female design to ensure correct alignment of the flanges.

V Bands clamps are supplied with a locking nut.

If you are planning to remove the clamp regularly or when fabricating / mocking up, we would recommend changing it to a non locking nut.

The V Band flange is designed with a recess for your pipe to fit inside for an accurate fit and smooth flow.
